Why Gratitude?
“Gratitude” refers to the exchange of energy between the client and the coach, and others.
For example:
The client may have feelings of Gratitude for the knowledge, freedom, independence and quality of life that they have been shown how to achieve for themselves. Their family may experience Gratitude for the growth of their loved one, who may impart the benefits to them.
On the flipside, I experience a profound sense of Gratitude to the client because they give me the opportunity to impart what I have learned through my education and personal experiences, and to share in their journey. And for the chance to do what I love in a way that permits work and family balance.
I hold an immense amount of Gratitude and respect for my own coaches, my many teachers, mentors and my family, who have also experienced their own challenges in their own ways. Can you see how we are all connected - that life is a cycle, involving the exchange of Gratitude, knowledge and Universal growth? Giving Knowledge, Love and Gratitude begets Knowledge, Love and Gratitude. Life is Perfect and Wonderful!
